Final timesheets of terminated employees can be located and approved by following the steps below.
- Log in to Kronos WFR.
- Go to My Team > Employee Information.
- Type in the employees ID #, First OR Last Name in the appropriate column.
- REMOVE "terminated" in the Employee Status column.
- Press Enter or Click the refresh button .
- Click the quick links icon next to the employee's name and select "Current Timesheet" .
- It may then show warning screen and give you a date link of the most recent timesheet available (which will be the last one).
- Click the date link
- The timesheet will open and review, edit or approval actions can then be taken.
