Final timesheets of terminated employees can be located and approved by following the steps below.

  1. Log in to Kronos WFR.
  2. Go to My Team > Employee Information.
  3. Type in the employees ID #, First OR Last Name in the appropriate column.
  4. REMOVE "terminated" in the Employee Status column.
  5. Press Enter or Click the refresh buttonRefresh Button.
  6. Click the quick links icon next to the employee's name and select "Current TimesheetQuick Links.
    1. It may then show warning screen and give you a date link of the most recent timesheet available (which will be the last one).
    2. Click the date link
  7. The timesheet will open and review, edit or approval actions can then be taken.
