How do I add my UNC Charlotte Dropbox account to my Dropbox mobile app on my iOS or Android devices?

These instructions assume you have been using a personal Dropbox account and the app is already installed on your device. If you have never used Dropbox on your device, follow these instructions.

Warning

In order to access both personal and UNCC Dropbox accounts using the app, you will need to have your personal Dropbox account connected to your UNC Charlotte Dropbox for Business account for this to work. To do this, please see this FAQ.

iOS Dropbox App

Android Dropbox App

Open the Dropbox app on your iOS device
You may be prompted to Sign In to your UNC Charlotte Dropbox account. Click Sign In
and proceed to Step 4
If you do not see this splash screen, you will see your UNC Charlotte Dropbox folder listed when you open Dropbox. Click UNC Charlotte
A browser will open to the University Web Auth page, enter your NinerNET credentials
Click Log In
Click Allow when prompted to complete single sign-on
You will now see your UNC Charlotte Dropbox folder

Open the Dropbox app on your Android device.
You may be prompted to SIGN IN to your UNC Charlotte Dropbox account. Click SIGN IN
and proceed to Step 4
If you do not see this splash screen, you will see your UNC Charlotte Dropbox folder listed when you open Dropbox. Click Sign in
A browser will open to the University Web Auth page, enter your NinerNET credentials
Click Log In
Click Allow when prompted to complete single sign-on
You will now see your files and folders
