The University has very limited access to large Zoom webinar licenses for up to 3000 participants.  Availability is similar to reservations for room locations.

Below is an overview of the process for requesting access to these licenses.

  1. Requests for access can be made by Faculty/Staff by submitting a request here (Click Webinar Request)

    Webinar facilitation services are not available.

  2. On receipt and on confirmation of availability, the requested time slot will be reserved.
  3. A Zoom webinar license will be assigned to the requester.  This will allow...
    1. Scheduling of the webinar by the host (the webinar connection information will not change when participant number is increased)
    2. Webinar practice sessions (recommended but not required)
  4. After the webinar, all webinar licenses will be removed (unless previously approved - see this FAQ).
