A number of UNC Charlotte themed backgrounds have been uploaded into the system for use - follow the below steps to use your favorite.
- You must be logged into your UNC Charlotte Zoom account to use the UNC Charlotte backgrounds - see this FAQ how to login to the Zoom app.
- If not seeing the backgrounds when doing the below steps, follow these instructions to update your Zoom app to the latest version. The Zoom app must be on version 5.1 or higher to use these virtual backgrounds.
From the Zoom app...
- Launch the Zoom app
- Click the Settings button (gear icon in upper right corner)
- Click Background & Filters
Select the background that you like best
Hint - turn your camera on to see which looks best!
During a Zoom meeting...
- While in a Zoom meeting, click the up arrow (1) on the Stop Video button - then click Choose Virtual Background...
- Click the Virtual Background you want to use
