Standard Zoom accounts at UNC Charlotte allow up to 300 participants for a meeting.  Below are some options if larger meetings are needed...

  1. Large Meeting - up to 500 participants
    1. Large meeting licenses are available to Faculty/Staff
    2. Requests for access can be made by submitting a request here (Click Large Meeting Request)
  2. Standard Webinar - up to 1000 participants
    1. Standard webinar licenses are available on a limited basis
    2. Learn more about the differences between a Meeting and a Webinar here
    3. Please contact your unit IT lead to discuss requesting access to webinars
  3. Large Webinar - up to 3000 participants
    1. Large webinar licenses are available for booking - similar to reservations for meeting locations
