If you are an instructor and need specialized software added to Apporto:
- Check to make sure the software is not already available in Apporto, see this FAQ
- Make sure the software license allows for the software to be used in Apporto
- Contact the IT Service Desk, call 704-687-5500 (x75500)
- Let them know the software you need and the dates, times and size of the class
- Please provide license information and confirm installer availability
- Your OneIt staff will contact the Apporto Administrators
- The Apporto Administrators will review request and work out logistics with OneIT staff
