Please remember...

  • Recordings will be automatically be moved to Trash after 30 days for Faculty & Staff and 14 days for Students.
  • Recordings will be permanently deleted from Trash 30 days after being moved there.
  • Recordings permanently deleted, either through the automatic process or when done manually, are not able to be recovered.
  1. Login to Zoom
  2. Click on Recordings
  3. To delete files individually...
    1. Click the More button to the right of the recording you would like to delete, then Delete

  4. To delete multiple files at one time...
    1. Check the box to the left of the recording(s) you would like to delete
    2. Click the Delete Selected - Note that the total recordings to be deleted will be shown in ()

  5. You will receive a confirmation message - click Yes

    Deleted recordings will be moved to Trash where they will be permanently deleted after 30 days

  6. To individually delete your recordings from Trash...
    1. In Zoom Recordings, click the Trash link

    2. Check the box to the left of the recording(s) you would like to permanently delete
    3. The number of recordings will be noted - click Delete

    4.  You will receive a confirmation message - click Delete

      This will permanently delete the recordings.  They will not be able to be recovered after this action.

  7. To empty all Zoom Recording Trash...
    1. In Zoom Recordings, click the Trash link
    2. Click the Empty Trash link
      Zoom Empty Trash Link
    3. You will receive a confirmation message - click Empty

      This will permanently delete the recordings.  They will not be able to be recovered after this action.
