Individual Zoom accounts do not have a recording limit, but the entire University has a limit on the total size of all recordings in the system.
To manage the total storage size of cloud recordings...
- Cloud recordings will be automatically deleted (moved to Trash) after a set amount of time...
- Faculty & Staff cloud recordings will be deleted after 30 days
- Student cloud recordings will be deleted after 14 days
- Cloud recordings will be permanently deleted from Trash after an additional 30 days

All Zoom cloud recordings are automatically copied to Kaltura, where they are accessible via the Canvas My Media link. These recordings will be retained indefinitely in Kaltura as long as they are accessed at least once in a given 4-year period.
