Follow the steps below so that the employee's automatic lunch deduction is not calculated.
- Go to the Time Entry tab view of the timesheet in Kronos.
- Click the schedule link in the Date column to the far left.
- Click the drop down in the schedule box and select the desired schedule that does not contain a lunch deduction > SAVE.
- Review the Summary by Day tab to confirm the Calc Break column is now empty for that day.
