Below are some basic troubleshooting steps if you are experiencing problems with VPN.
- Make sure the version of Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client you have installed is up to date
- Launch Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client
- Check the version you have installed:
- On Windows - Click the About icon within the application

- On Mac - From the menu bar, click Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client > About Cisco AnyConnect

- Version should be 4.8.01090

- If a previous version is installed, see this FAQ to download and install the latest version
