Below are some basic troubleshooting steps if you are experiencing problems with VPN.

  1. Make sure the version of Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client you have installed is up to date
    1. Launch Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client
    2. Check the version you have installed:
      1. On Windows - Click the About icon within the application

      2. On Mac - From the menu bar, click Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client > About Cisco AnyConnect

    3. Version should be 4.8.01090
      Cisco AnyConnect Version 4.8.01090
    4. If a previous version is installed, see this FAQ to download and install the latest version
