|any UNC institution other than UNC Charlotte||WITHIN the drop/add period||you must cancel the approved tuition waiver in Banner Self Service at UNC Charlotte.|
|any UNC institution other than UNC Charlotte||WITHIN the drop/add period and enroll in a different class||you must resubmit a tuition waiver request for the new class.|
|UNC Charlotte||WITHIN the drop/add period||your approved tuition waiver will be automatically dropped.|
|UNC Charlotte||AFTER the drop/add period||your approved tuition waiver will be wasted.|
Other UNC System Institutions
UNC Charlotte’s online tuition waiver system in Banner Self Service is NOT connected to other UNC system institutions. It is your responsibility to contact the Student Accounts/Bursar’s Office at the attending university to ensure your account is up to date and the UNC System school in which you are enrolled has received all required documentation.
