  1. No - the decision has been made to not enable Google Voice as an alternative to the current phone system for the campus community.
  2. The voice service we currently offer is complex and robust providing voicemail, call trees, call forwarding, call center services etc. It would be difficult to replicate those services in the Google environment without substantial resource investment.
  3. An enterprise agreement for Google Voice is not free and the cost per user per month would be comparable to what we currently charge.
