1. Applicability:
    1. University Policy 101.24 applies to all UNC Charlotte faculty and staff of the University and its affiliated entities.
  2. Disclosure:
    1. “Covered Employees” are required to disclose certain activities and financial information annually by October 1 and within 30 days of any changes in activities or interests. Timely notification of the disclosure requirement is emailed, along with periodic reminders. All disclosures are submitted in Niner Research.

Note: “Covered Employees” that participate in external professional activities for pay (EPAP) should be familiar with University Policy 102.1 and its advance notification and approval requirements.
