  1. There are a couple ways you can choose to share a Google document you create.  Follow the steps below.
Share Using LinkShare Using Email Invitation
  1. Click the Share button in the top right corner
  2. Click Get sharable link
  3. Select if you want Anyone at UNC Charlotte with the link to View, Edit, Comment
  4. Copy the link and send it to anyone you want to share the document with
  1. Click the Share button in the top right corner
  2. In the People section, enter the name of the UNC Charlotte person you want to share the document with
    1. You can share with others outside UNC Charlotte by typing their email address
  3. From the drop-down on the right, choose if you want the person to View, Edit, Comment
  4. Repeat the process if you want to share with additional people
  5. Click Done when finished

Note

You can share with up to 200 email addresses but only 50 people can edit at one time. For more details visit this Google page.
