  1. Follow the steps below to uninstall software available through Self Service and Software Center.  
  2. If the software you're looking for is not available in Self Service or Software Center, contact the IT Service Desk, 704-687-5500.

  1. Login to your University computer using your NinerNET credentials
  2. Click on the Start/Windows button in the lower left corner of your desktop
  3. Type "software" in the search field to locate the Microsoft System Center folder
  4. Open Software Center

  5. Select the application you want to uninstall and click the uninstall button
  6. Follow the steps prompted until installation is complete
  1. Log into your University computer using your NinerNET credentials
  2. Click on the Start/Windows button in the lower left corner of your desktop
  3. Under All Programs/All Apps, locate the Microsoft System Center folder
  4. Open Software Center

  6. Follow the steps prompted until installation is complete

  2. Under Applications, locate Self Service
  3. Open Self Service

  5. Follow the steps prompted until installation is complete
