- Go to apporto.charlotte.edu
- Click Login
- Enter your NinerNet username and password
- Select your virtual desktop
- Open Apporto Cloud Mounter
- Select the cloud drive you want to connect
- Select Connect Now
- Enter your NinerNet username and password
- You can now access your cloud drive from File Explorer or through your corresponding application
