How do Continuing Ed students log into Canvas for the first time without the Account Registration email?

If you did not receive an email with the subject: Finish Registration: Canvas, follow these directions to log into Canvas for the first time

1. Access the Canvas login page
2. Click the Forgot Password link. The School of Professional Studies Forgotten Password page is displayed
   
3. You can request a password reset in the following ways:

   1. Contact your SPS Program Manager

   2. Call the IT Service Desk at 704-687-5500 to open a help ticket. Please give the technician your user name and course you are enrolled in
   3. Submit via portal at help.charlotte.edu please include your user name and course you are enrolled in
4. A Canvas technician will contact you about resetting your password
