The current phone service is at end of life. No new phone line requests will be approved until the migration is completed in January. Please hold off submitting requests until after the migration. The university will be migrating to Zoom phone late Fall '23. See Zoom Phone FAQs. 

  1. To request a new phone line, an authorized supervisor (who can provide a 6-digit account FUND number) fills out the Cisco New Line Request form

  2. If phone service is needed prior to the migration to Zoom phone (tentatively scheduled for December '23), the number will be assigned and then migrated to Zoom; if phone service is not needed immediately, wait to request service until after the migration.

Labor Fees & Monthly Fee

There may be fees associated with installation and a physical desk phone (if needed).
