When you receive the email with the Respondus Exam password, you can download and install the software

  1. Download Respondus Exam using the Download Respondus link on the Center for Teaching and Learning's page
  2. Depending on the browser you are using, either save the program to your desktop and double-click the Respondus4Campus icon or run from the downloads folder
  3. Follow the prompts to install Respondus Exam
  4. Minimize your browser window
  5. On the Desktop, double-click the Respondus 4.x Campus-Wide shortcut
  6. Copy and paste the following information from the confirmation email you received.
    1. Institution Name,
    2. Local Support Contact(s), and
    3. Installation Password
  7. Click License
  8. Click Close
  9. In the drop-down list, select Instructure Canvas
