How do I embed Poll Everywhere survey questions into Canvas pages?

Poll Everywhere Surveys allow you to ask your students multiple questions at once. Everyone can answer the questions privately, at their own pace. Surveys in Poll Everywhere are great for low-stake quizzes, pre- and post-course assessments, and questionnaires.

1. Create your Poll Everywhere questions within a Survey
   
2.  Configure the settings and test
   

   

3. Activate the poll and select 2.Present from the top panel
   
4. Select Share from the menu options and copy the Shareable response link 
   
5. In your Canvas course, identify the module with which you would like this survey to associate. If you need to create a module, you can do so with the +Module button at the top of the screen 
   
6. Within the desired module, select the + button located to the left across from the module title 
   
7. Select External URL from the drop down menu 
   
8. Paste the copied URL from Poll Everywhere into the URL space. Give your external URL a name and select Add Item
   
9. Publish the module and the External URL link by clicking on the Circle and Line icon. Your link is published is you see the green circle with a Check Mark inside 
   
10. The embedded Poll Everywhere survey will appear
