The VPN download site does not work with Firefox browsers.  Please revisit vpn.uncc.edu from Edge, Chrome or Safari.

NOTE:  Windows 10 & 11 are the supported Windows versions for the Cisco VPN client

  1. Go to vpn.uncc.edu
  2. Log in with your NinerNET credentials
  3. Select your Operating System

     

  4. Open the downloaded file and click and then click Next.

     

   5. Select the radio button to accept the terms and then click Next.

      

   6.Click Install.

      

   7. Once installation is complete, click Finish

      

  1. Go to vpn.uncc.edu

  4. Open the downloaded file and click the anyconnect image and then click Continue.

     

   5. Click Agree to accept the terms and then click Continue.

      

   6.Click Install.

      

   7. Once installation is complete, click Finish
