The University will transition to the Zoom Phone service during the Fall semester 2023. Zoom phones will allow you to make and receive calls over the internet using your computer, smartphone, or voice-over-IP-enabled deskset. See Zoom Phone FAQs.

  1. When using Jabber, you may want to use a headset for comfort, clarity and a hands free experience.
  2. OneIT recommends that headsets be purchased through Call One Online. Call One will help with purchasing and support (1-800-327-2230).
  3. To order a headset through Call One Online, contact Michael Evans. He can provide information about options and a quote.
  4. If you choose to purchase from another vendor, please be sure that vendor offers support.
