What access will student workers and grad students have to Zoom phone?

In general students (including grad students) are not eligible for Zoom phone lines.

• Departments are encouraged to use a single-line common area phone for their student staff to share. 
• A physical desk phone is recommended in shared workspaces for student workers.
• Contact the Service Desk for additional information.
