You can hide incoming calls while in a zoom meeting by configuring the Zoom client on your computer:

  1. Click on the gear icon under the profile picture on the right side of the client home page
  2. Click on Phone
  3. Check the box next to Hide incoming calls while in a Zoom meeting

Settings for the Zoom phone app on your computer may not automatically synchronize your settings on the Zoom phone mobile app on your mobile device. Please verify and update this setting on the app on your mobile device if you want to ensure your Zoom phone does not ring during a Zoom meeting.
