Will voice trees be migrated or do we need to set that up on our own?

There are two different ways to define a voice tree:

• Voice trees that were created for faculty or staff who did not have dedicated phone lines will not be supported in Zoom phones. Every permanent employee can have their own university-provided phone number.
• Voice trees where callers are forwarded to dedicated phone numbers will be supported. The exact migration process is still being determined.
