1. Log into Gmail from a browser
2. Click the gear icon, top right corner
   
3. Click See All Settings
   
   
4. Click Accounts
   
   
5. Look at the accounts in Send email as:
   1. Verify that @charlotte.edu is set to default
6. If you have an email alias and want to add your ninernet@charlotte.edu email address as an option, follow the instructions in this FAQ.
