NEW USERS
- If you have not yet set up your account, please follow the steps in the following FAQ before proceeding to the Returning Users information:
RETURNING USERS
- Sign in with your NinerNET credentials
- You’ll receive a successful sign in message
- Once logged in, you will see the Smartsheet dashboard that provides easy access to reports and other information
You may see a notice that you have a limited license, upgrade now. You should not need to upgrade. Contact the PPMO at oneit-ppmo-group@uncc.edu if you have a question.
SPECIAL NOTE: There is currently a bug with the tool that results in a pop-up window with messaging that the password is too short. Check the box next to agree and click next. This issue has been logged with the provider.
