If you have the Dropbox Sync App installed, you can use the Smart Sync

- Click the Dropbox icon on the task bar along the bottom right of your computer screen
 - Click on the folder icon to open the explorer window; if you have accounts linked you will need to choose Open UNC Charlotte folder
 - Right-click on any file or folder to select the Smart Sync option

- You can select if the file/folder should be stored locally on your computer or online

- You can see the status of any file/folder by the checkmark or cloud icons to the right of the file/folder name
| - Click on the Dropbox

icon to open the Finder window - Right-click on any file or folder to select the Smart Sync option

- You can select if the file/folder should be stored locally on your computer or online

Hi Jennifer - this shows the Mac process, can you do the Windows process as well?
