In November 2022, the Cabinet asked OneIT to pause phone line disconnects unless related to a vacancy while a review of the phone system and related services is conducted.

Requests for phone line disconnects must be related to a position vacancy.

  1. Contact the OneIT Service Desk, 704-687-5500 or submit a ticket through the portal
  2.  Provide:
    1. the reason for the request
    2. the extension number
  3. Requests will be processed within 2-3 business days.
