  1. Requests for access can be made by Faculty/Staff by submitting a request here (Click Webinar Request)

    Requests that are indicated as being for academic purposes will be routed to AISLE.  Those requests will be handled independently from the process listed below.
    AISLE does provide certain Zoom meeting services for Academic Affairs related requests - please contact AISLE for details.

    • Make sure to check the availability calendar.
    • There will be no in meeting support or facilitation services provided through the below process.

    Webinar facilitation services are not available.

  2. On receipt and on confirmation of availability, the requested time slot will be reserved.
  3. A Zoom webinar 500 participant license will be assigned to the requester.  This will allow...
    1. Scheduling of the webinar by the host (the webinar connection information will not change when participant number is increased)
    2. Webinar practice sessions (recommended but not required)
  4. On the morning of the webinar, the appropriate license to meet the request will be applied.
  5. On the morning after After the webinar, all webinar licenses will be removed (unless previously approved - see this FAQ).
