  3. Run the Enable Remote Desktop tool in Self Service tool on your Mac 
  4. Windows to MacMac to Mac
    1. Download and install RealVNC Viewer
    2. Enter the IP address of our device and press Enter
    3. If given an insecure warning, click Continue
    4. Enter your credentials and click OK to log into your Mac
    1. Click Go from the Menu Bar and choose Connect to Server...

    2. Enter vnc://YOUR_IP_ADDRESS where YOUR_IP_ADDRESS is the address of the device you are trying to connect too, and click Connect
       
    3. Enter your devices username and password and click Sign In
