1. Access the Canvas login page
2. Click the Forgot Password link. The School of Professional Studies Forgotten Password page is displayed
   
3. You can request a password reset in the following ways:

   1. Contact your SPS Program Manager

   2. Call the IT Service Desk at 704-687-5500 to open a help ticket. Please give the technician your user name and course you are enrolled inEmail
   3. help@unccSubmit via portal at help.charlotte.edu and please include your user name and course you are enrolled in
4. A Canvas technician will contact you about resetting your password
