1. To get started do the following:

   1. Attend a Poll Everywhere workshop offered by the Center for Teaching and Learning. View the CTL course catalog for available dates and times for the instructor-led workshop

      Depending on the time needed, a 1-1 consultation can be scheduled within reason

   2. A Poll Everywhere account will be created for you in the workshop 
   3. Go to polleverywhere.com and enter your NinerNET email as your username, then click Next

   4. Click the button to Log in with UNC Charlotte NinerNET  
      

      Note
      If you are already logged into a UNC Charlotte system (Canvas, Gmail, etc.) you should be automatically logged into Poll Everywhere. Otherwise, you will be taken to the NinerNET Login screen to enter your credentials

   5. Use Poll Everywhere in your favorite presentation software (PowerPoint, Keynote, Slides)
   6. Contact the IT Service Desk  by phone at ext. 7-5500 or by email at help@unccsubmit online ticket at help.charlotte.edu for more information
2. If you plan to use Poll Everywhere with PowerPoint:
   1. Download and install the PollEv Presenter Add-In for PowerPoint
3. If you plan to use Poll Everywhere with Google Slides:
   1. Open Chrome and login to your UNC Charlotte email account 
   2. Install the Google Slides Polling Chrome extension
      
4. If you plan to use Poll Everywhere with Apple Keynote:
   1. Download and install the PolEV Presenter App
   2. See video instructions
