An eGA cannot be submitted if a student has any GPA lower than 2.0.
If a student’s GPA is between 2.0 and 3.0, an eGA can be submitted with justification.
Graduate students must maintain at least a 3.0 GPA to hold an assistantship. For students with a low GPA, justification for the position will need to be entered into the Notes section of the NinerWorks request and an additional approver from the Graduate School will be added to the workflow.
