1. Go to Microsoft 365 webpage
2. Enter your NinerNET Email Address and click Next
   Note: use your @uncc.edu address only; do not use your username@charlotte.edu email address 
   
3. Select Work or school account (if prompted)
   
4. Enter your NinerNET password and click Sign in
   
5. You will prompted to authenticate by Duo - select your preferred authentication method
   
6. For public use computers click No
   
7. You will now be redirected to the Microsoft Portal screen to access your services
